Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and build pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will craft personalized outreach using email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain Salesforce records, and work remotely across South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
