Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls for the Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and experience with outbound tools. You will manage your own Salesforce/SalesLoft pipeline from a remote SA base.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
