Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Sales Development Associate at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will run outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, identify ICP accounts, and keep Salesforce/SalesLoft updated while

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing a sales pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
