Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Sales Development Associate, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will source ideal accounts, identify decision makers, craft personalized outbound sequences and book discovery calls for our Account Executives while

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
