Calling All Kitchen Designers and Sales Specialists in Randburg, Gauteng!

Our showrooms are mainly franchisee-owned and requirements as well as remuneration will differ from showroom to showroom. Most showrooms will employ “Sales and Design Consultants” yet some of our showrooms might have two distinct roles for this function i.e. “Sales Consultants” and “Design Consultants.”

The requirements for a Sales and Design Consultant will be as follows:

Overview

• R10 000 – R15 000 per month, depending on relevant experience as well as commission on sales achieved.
• Showroom based role.

Skills, Experience, And Training Required

• Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy is mandatory.
• A driver's license and your own transport is required for this position.
• The following will be advantageous to your application:
• 3 years of Sales or Project Management experience.
• Experience in the Kitchen or Manufacturing industry.
• A formal Interior Design Qualification.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ work experience in Interior Design.
• Winner design software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Management of customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders.
• Design development and finalization for clients.
• Management of the project from start to finish.
• Stakeholder management during the entire project.
• Managing client expectations and providing regular feedback to the client.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology and industry trends.
• Managing overall quality of service delivery on projects.
• Meeting sales and margin targets.

You will have unlimited earnings potential comprised of a basic salary and excellent commissions and incentives on the sales that you do.
