Requirements for a Sales and Design Consultant:

Overview:

  • Salary ranges from R10,000 to R15,000 per month, depending on experience, plus commissions on sales achieved.
  • Role is based in the showroom.

Skills, Experience, and Training:

  • Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license and personal transport are required.
  • Preferred qualifications and experience include:
  • At least 3 years of sales or project management experience.
  • Experience in the kitchen or manufacturing industry.
  • Formal interior design qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of interior design work experience.
  • Proficiency in Winner design software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders.
  • Developing and finalizing designs for clients.
  • Managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Stakeholder management throughout projects.
  • Managing client expectations and providing regular updates.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and technology.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery on projects.
  • Achieving sales and margin targets.

Unlimited earning potential includes a base salary plus commissions and incentives based on sales.
