Our showrooms are mainly franchisee-owned, and requirements as well as remuneration will differ from showroom to showroom. Most showrooms will employ “Sales and Design Consultants,” but some may have separate roles for this function, such as “Sales Consultants” and “Design Consultants.”

Requirements for a Sales and Design Consultant:

• R10,000 – R15,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and commission on sales achieved.
• Showroom-based role.

Skills, Experience, and Training Required:

• Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy is mandatory.
• A driver’s license and own transport are required.
• Advantages include:
• At least 3 years of sales or project management experience.
• Experience in the kitchen or manufacturing industry.
• A formal interior design qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in Winner design software.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders.
• Design development and finalization for clients.
• Managing projects from start to finish.
• Stakeholder management throughout the project.
• Managing client expectations and providing regular feedback.
• Staying updated with the latest technology and industry trends.
• Ensuring quality of service delivery on projects.
• Meeting sales and margin targets.

You will have unlimited earning potential, comprising a basic salary plus excellent commissions and incentives based on sales.
