Requirements for a Sales and Design Consultant

Overview:

• Salary ranges from R10 000 to R15 000 per month, depending on experience and sales commissions.
• This is a showroom-based role.

Skills, Experience, and Training:

• Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license and own transport are required.
• Preferred qualifications and experience include:
• At least 3 years of sales or project management experience.
• Experience in the kitchen or manufacturing industry.
• A formal interior design qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of interior design work experience.
• Proficiency in Winner Design software.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders.
• Developing and finalizing designs for clients.
• Managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing client expectations and providing regular updates.
• Staying updated with industry trends and technology.
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Achieving sales and margin targets.
