Requirements for a Sales and Design Consultant:

Overview:

  • Salary ranges from R10,000 to R15,000 per month, depending on experience and commissions on sales.
  • This is a showroom-based role.

Skills, Experience, and Training:

  • Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy is mandatory.
  • A valid driver’s license and own transport are required.
  • Advantages include:
  • At least 3 years of sales or project management experience.
  • Experience in the kitchen or manufacturing industry.
  • A formal interior design qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of interior design work experience.
  • Proficiency in Winner design software.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders.
  • Design development and finalization for clients.
  • Managing projects from start to finish.
  • Stakeholder management throughout the project.
  • Managing client expectations and providing regular updates.
  • Staying updated with the latest technology and industry trends.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery on projects.
  • Meeting sales and margin targets.

You will have unlimited earning potential, comprising a basic salary plus excellent commissions and incentives based on sales.
