Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads/quotes to sales, meeting minimum quantity and quality targets
  • Communicate with Dealership account managers
  • Interact with customers to offer guidance, highlight products, and assist in making purchasing decisions
  • Engage with potential clients telephonically to generate interest in signing up, informing them of product benefits while adhering to quality standards
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Use persuasion techniques when necessary to close sales
  • Handle customer calls and emails politely, professionally, and promptly
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for results
  • Participate as a team player in activities contributing to organisational goals

Experience:

Previous call centre experience in Telesales is required. Experience in the short-term insurance industry is preferred.
