Sales (CyberSecurity)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify and target prospective clients.
• Analyse competitor offerings and customer preferences to inform strategies.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive target list of prospects.
• Drive sales to the company's eStore through email, social media, and other digital channels.
• Present and promote our flagship "Smart Desk" and other packaged cybersecurity solutions, highlighting their unique value.
• Customize proposals to meet client needs and negotiate pricing effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and sales teams to align messaging and promotions.
• Monitor and report sales performance using our internal CRM tool.
• Work towards expanding eStore offerings by integrating additional packaged cybersecurity solutions.
