Remote Job Opportunity: Sales & Customer Support Agent (Independent Contractor US Clients)

Location: South Africa (Remote) Part time at first and possibly going into full time

Working Hours: after 3pm part time

Contract Type: Independent Contractor

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. Youll be working with US-based clients, providing top-notch support and helping drive sales from the comfort of your home.

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
• Maintain accurate records and data entry using Excel
• Resolve customer issues with a positive and solutions-oriented approach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Must reside in South Africa
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
• Proficient in Excel and data entry
• Own laptop and stable internet connection
• Friendly, professional, and confident when dealing with clients
• Able to work 3 PM- 11 PM SAST (aligning with US hours)
