Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Buyers) to support the recruitment and coordination of world-class buyers across our events.

This role is perfect for someone starting out in the luxury travel or events industry who wants to learn fast, grow their skills, and play a meaningful role in delivering unforgettable buyer experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Keep buyer records up-to-date across Salesforce and appointment platforms.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new buyers.
  • Handle buyer communications, including invitations, confirmations, and travel details.
  • Coordinate logistics such as accommodation, registration, and appointment scheduling.
  • Provide on-the-ground support at events, managing check-in and troubleshooting queries.
  • Assist with reporting and tracking progress against recruitment goals.
  • Research new shows and monitor competitor activity to support programme development.
  • Stay informed on travel industry trends to help shape buyer strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • Up to 1 year’s experience in an administrative, coordination, or client-facing role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident, professional communication style – written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook); Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, flexibility during event periods, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Claremont, Cape Town), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
