Job description

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction.
  2. Health & Safety advantageous but not essential.
  3. Must have a valid driver's license (advantageous but not essential).
  4. Matric NQF 4 (Tertiary education advantageous but not essential).
  5. Basic invoicing skills & experience.
  6. Proficient in Excel, Word & PDF.
  7. Must be available to start ASAP.
  8. Reside near Parow Industria.
  9. South African Citizenship.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling queries: Responding to health and safety inquiries by phone, email, or website.
  2. Recording and tracking: Recording and acknowledging health and safety queries, and tracking progress.
  3. Organizing audits: Organizing health and safety audits and distributing reports.
  4. Maintaining confidentiality: Maintaining information in a confidential manner.
  5. Providing administrative support: Providing administrative support to the Health and Safety Department.
  6. Creating reports: Creating health and safety reports as required.
  7. Inputting data: Inputting and importing data onto the online health and safety system.
  8. Admin duties: Day to day administration duties.
  9. Safety Files: Manage the safety files for all sites.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: R,00 - R,00 per month

Experience: Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (Required)
