Our client, an OEM, is a world leader in ventilation and heating technology.

Their South African company is experiencing exponential growth, creating a need for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to support the national sales teams.

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the National sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales departments. The role involves acting as a central contact point, assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist sales team members in daily operations.
  2. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  3. Coordinate schedules and appointments for meetings and conferences.
  4. Manage all customer service interactions, respond to inquiries, and provide product or service information.
  5. Follow up on sales inquiries to ensure prompt and accurate responses.
  6. Process sales orders and maintain records.
  7. Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
  8. Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments such as marketing and finance.
  9. Communicate customer feedback internally.
  10. Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics.
