Qualifications
  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
  • A tertiary qualification in Business Management, Customer Service, or related field (advantageous).
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a call centre environment. (Outbound sales)
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Experience with call centre systems, CRM software, and telephony systems.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Contact clients on the company’s database daily.
  • Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day.
  • Make a minimum of 20 successful sales per month. (Average 1 successful sale per day)
  • Request the necessary documentation from the client including reservation agreement and FICA documentation (Copy of ID, latest proof of address, copy of marriage certificate and antenuptial contract (if applicable)).
  • Request ITC check from Bond Consultant.
  • Maintain close client relationships and record all activities pertaining the dealings with the client on CRM system.
  • Thorough screening of the client to identify needs and affordability to invest / buy according to the qualifying questions as per the documented script.
  • Promote services provided by IGrow Wealth Investments and IGrow Group.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as and when required.
