The pipeline is managed with sufficient deals at all sales stages to effectively manage sales, targets, costs, commissions, and bonuses.
Primary responsibilities of the sales consultant
The sales consultant must understand all services and products offered by the company. Training will be provided upon joining.
The role involves researching, finding, and assimilating leads, prospects, and potential customers to generate high sales activity and closure rates.
The sales consultant must demonstrate superior skills in generating and prospecting new leads.
Making daily new business appointments through face-to-face meetings with prospects and potential customers is essential.
Understanding the industry specifics, including:
Measuring and calculating client requirements for racking, shelving, and mezzanine flooring in various settings.
Managing supply, installation, after-sales support, and product maintenance.
Utilizing CAD for designing and drawing customer specifications.
Managing the sales process from sourcing new clients to closing deals.
Demonstrating advanced product knowledge to clients and internal stakeholders.
Updating all client and lead information in the CRM system and providing regular sales reports.
Meeting client needs to increase sales, adhering to company policies, collaborating across departments, and following up diligently on client queries.
Using technology to enhance company image and sales efforts.
Supporting management with ad-hoc tasks, including training, research, and stakeholder engagement.
