The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Selling vodacom products to customers.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Profile

• The candidate age requirement must be between 18 - 35
• No experience - 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consulting industry.
• You will be trained for the position.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
