The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
  1. Selling Vodacom products to customers.
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams for prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  4. Escalating customer feedback as needed.
Ideal Profile
  1. The candidate must be between 18 and 35 years old.
  2. No experience required; 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, ideally within the consulting industry.
  3. You will receive training for the position.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  5. You are a strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  6. You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments.
  7. You possess mentoring and coaching skills to develop high-performing teams.
  8. You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
