Are you a dynamic, high-performing Sales Consultant with experience selling technical products?

Minimum Requirements :
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of solution sales experience, with at least 3 years in a TES Blue and White-Collar Sales environment.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Familiarity with Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, and Bargaining Councils).
Inherent Requirements :
  • Experience in new business development across industries such as Manufacturing, Agriculture, Logistics, Warehousing, Petrochemical, and Mining.
  • Proven success in securing new TES business.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Preferred Requirements :
  • Willingness to work under extreme pressure.
  • Ability to expand and maintain a robust client database through effective networking.
  • Proactive engagement in cold calling and lead generation to meet targets.
Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Conduct daily client meetings in accordance with set targets.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to foster repeat business.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills for rates and service fees.
  • Generate and follow up on client quotations to ensure successful closures.
  • Research clients thoroughly before meetings to optimize networking opportunities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Ensure the attainment of monthly financial goals established by management.
