The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for consultative sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to understand and address client needs.Role Overview : The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify their reward and recognition requirements, developing tailored solutions, and driving customer satisfaction.

This role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities : Engage and network with HR professionals to drive business growth.Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.Utilize social media and LinkedIn marketing to expand reach and build relationships.Present customized reward and recognition solutions to meet client needs.Drive sales and business development initiatives in the Cape Town area.Meet with clients to assess their reward and recognition objectives.Develop customized incentive solutions based on client needs.Present proposals and solutions to potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling.Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.Experience working in a corporate B2B environment is essential!
