Responsibilities
  1. Selling our software "RIB Candy" to the construction industry – from contacting leads to closing the deal
  2. Accurate pipeline management and progression of leads and opportunities
  3. Nurturing long-term prospects via scheduled follow up contact
  4. Building and nurturing own database of future prospects, and contacts
  5. Keeping all accounts and opportunities up to date via Salesforce
  6. Research new market opportunities and actively engage prospects
  7. Experience in selling complex Solutions or Financial Packages (B2B)
  8. Own a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  9. The ability to travel from time to time (10% of working time)
Desired Skills and Competencies
  1. Motivation to learn the ropes of the construction industry
  2. Power of persuasion to close your deals
  3. Strong communication skills, which you can adapt to different target groups and people
  4. Project Management experience or exposure to PM tools like p6
  5. Exposure to the Oracle Net suite or Pastel accounting
