Job description

The main purpose of this job is to manage client base by selling a range of computer hardware, software and other ICT goods and services.


Primary Objectives:

  • Identify and generate new ICT business opportunities.
  • Close sales and achieve targets.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of products and services, through attending Vendor and Product management training sessions – either virtual, in-person or events.
  • Managing client base to ensure customers are up to date with specials and promotions.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
  • Maintain and drive customer breadth targets, by reaching an optimal number of customers on the dealer base.


Education/Qualification

• Matric or higher education
