Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Achieve daily/weekly and monthly targets
2. Sell and promote B-stock items
3. Promote and have basic knowledge of all Decofurn's payment methods
4. Ensure a high standard of customer service
5. Orders to be placed and followed up in time
6. Maintain high levels of telephone etiquette
7. Ensuring stock is displayed as per Decofurn’s high standards
8. Ensure stock is in line and symmetrical with the stock around it
9. Be well-groomed and presentable
10. Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs
11. Be fully bilingual (with a third African language being beneficial)
12. Giving professional presentations
13. Not buckling under pressure and be very target driven
14. Being computer literate in software such as Google Suite
15. Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues
16. Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently

1. Grade 12 or equivalent
2. Retail sales experience (Minimum +/-2 years)
