Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified buyers while presenting Blacksmith Agency in a professional way.

You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute thoughtful, high‑quality outreach, build accurate contact lists and maintain clean CRM records,

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
