Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel—from researching accounts to booking qualified meetings with decision makers—creating the first impression of Blacksmith for prospective clients.

Use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to run personalized outreach, keep CRM records clean, and support a high-velocity, remote SA sales team.

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.

About The Role

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

What You Bring

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
