This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales professional to sell impactful highdemand logistical services in a leading national company known for its innovative supply chain and transport solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• BA Degree in Business Sales Marketing or any related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales with at least 5 years experience in a sales or business development role.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening verbal and written communication.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers demonstrating effective networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Resultsdriven mindset with a sense of urgency and ability to work independently to meet sales targets.
• Ability to present / articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Selfmotivated proactive and able to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

CAPABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

• Conduct market research and identify potential customer segments industries and geographic areas for business development.
• Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling email campaigns networking and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers nurture leads throughout the sales process and manage the sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales presentations to potential customers showcasing the value and benefits of services.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive business growth.
• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate pricing as well as contract terms with potential customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends market changes and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Achieve / exceed sales targets and performance metrics providing regular reports and updates to sales management.
• Participate in sales meetings training programs and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge.

The proposed salary for the role is R15k R25k per month plus a commission scheme but the option remains with the client to offer any market related salary considering the candidates qualifications skills and experience.
