An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Consultant – Level 1 based at our Bryanston office.
Job Specification: Regional Sales Manager
Key Performance Areas
- Achieving monthly sales, volume, and margin targets
- Providing excellent customer service to existing clients through a structured call cycle
- Enhancing in-cup quality and delivery via on-site beverage solutions, including audits, machine calibration, and operational training
- Creating a customer prospect list with the Sales Manager based on volume and strategic requirements
- Achieving growth forecasts for the fiscal year
- Developing new business through initial contact, needs assessment, tailored proposals, and guiding implementation
- Ensuring commercial viability of agreements with target clients
- Presenting at installations and providing customer solutions training on the day of installation
- Tracking performance through monthly reviews and structured monitoring
- Adding value through training visits and building credible coffee relationships
- Maintaining agreed standards of in-cup coffee quality
Qualifications And Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant business certificate or diploma
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Sales experience
- Coffee skills and equipment/qualification
- 2-3 years customer interaction experience
- 2-3 years sales experience in the out-of-home market
- Strong beverage system solution experience
- Basic commercial understanding
Special Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Interest in the hospitality industry
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
