Job description

PURPOSE: We are looking for an individual who has an established network and relationships with Vascular Surgeons & Cardiologists.

Understanding of the product portfolio is key.

Stents and Guidewires are among the key products you will be selling. Your understanding and previous sales track record will be crucial in landing this role.

Reporting to: Sales Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Market & Product Knowledge
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of market drivers, competition, market positioning, and industry evolutions.
  • Understand customer requirements thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement appropriate product and technical support.
Sales & Profit Targets
  • Manage all sales activities within your product group and territory.
  • Set targets and price levels with the Sales Manager and monitor results.
  • Assist in analyzing problems related to your product group/territory and propose corrective actions.
  • Help achieve gross profit and sales development goals.
  • Examine market conditions and identify trends to support strategic planning.
Marketing & Sales Strategy
  • Implement strategies and develop tactics to enhance sales and profitability.
  • Explore new sales methods and opportunities.
  • Establish and improve sales channels.
  • Manage Key Opinion Leaders and maintain excellent relations with external parties and authorities.
Manage Congresses

Represent the company at local conferences, congresses, and trade shows.

Training

Develop and deliver training programs for internal and external customers in collaboration with the Product Manager.

QA / RA Procedures

Handle complaints and ensure compliance with QA/RA procedures.

General Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly detailed reports for communication and information sharing.
  • Represent the company to third parties and pursue new opportunities.
Requirements Skills & Experience
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Practical knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Network with Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and Cardiologists is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, independent, and confidentiality-conscious.
  • Proactive with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
