Purpose

To delight and wow our customers by providing high-level professional consultation, building relationships that encourage their lifetime engagement with the company. Customers include retail clients, designers, decorators, architects, developers, and the hospitality industry. The Sales Consultant will contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting customer satisfaction through effective sales processes.

Responsibilities

1. Revenue: Achieve the company's sales revenue targets.
2. Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with recurring business customers to increase sales.
3. Close Deals: Convert leads into sales successfully.
4. Dormant Customers: Re-engage existing customers for additional sales.
5. Source Leads: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
