PURPOSE : We are looking for an individual who has an established network and relationships with Vascular Surgeons & public sector Cardiologists. Understanding of the product portfolio is key. Stents and Guidewires are among the key products that you will be selling, and your understanding and previous sales track record will be key in landing this role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. ENSURE MARKET & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE :
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of the market drivers, the competition, market positioning, and evolutions within the field, etc.
- Ensure a complete understanding and consideration of customer requirements.
- Meet with marketing to implement the defined appropriate product and technical support.
2. ACHIEVEMENT OF SALES & PROFIT TARGETS :
- Manage all sales activities for his/her product group/territory.
- Set targets and price levels with the Sales Manager and follow up on results.
- Assist the Sales Manager in analyzing problems related to the product group/territory and propose corrective actions to reach objectives.
- Assist in obtaining gross profit and sales development for the product group/territory.
- Market mapping: examine market conditions and identify trends to facilitate strategy building by the product and sales managers.
3. IMPLEMENT MARKETING & SALES STRATEGY :
- Implement defined strategies and develop tactics to improve sales and profitability.
- Search for new sales methods and opportunities.
- Establish adequate sales channels and improve product group quality.
- Manage Key Opinion Leaders by proactively building and maintaining relations.
- Maintain excellent relations with external parties, authorities, and organizations.
4. MANAGE CONGRESSES :
- Represent the company at local conferences, congresses, and trade shows.
5. TRAIN INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS :
- Provide and set up training programs for internal and external customers, in collaboration with the Product Manager.

- Complete monthly detailed reports for effective communication.
- Represent the company towards third parties.
- Take on other responsibilities related to new opportunities as required.
Requirements
Skills & Experience :
- Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of sales techniques.
- Preferably, a network of Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists / Cardiologists.
- Knowledge of the local market is a significant asset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints.
