Role Description

The Sales Consultant – Education at Hello Aida will be responsible for engaging with educational institutions and prospective clients to drive sales and promote Hello Aida's AI tutoring solutions.

This full-time role will involve consulting with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Sales Consultant will work on-site in the City of Cape Town but will engage with the rest of the country and it will include travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' proven experience selling into schools or the education sector.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Based in Cape Town.
• Own car and valid driver's license.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to demo digital tools with confidence.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and resilient.
• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
