Sales Consultant

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant in Gauteng and Cape Town to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our customers satisfied through excellent service.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with account queries and technical assistance.
2. Conduct sales on an account or cash basis, including insurances and microfinance deals, completing all transactions with necessary admin and paperwork.
3. Perform daily cash-ups.
4. Meet monthly sales targets.
5. Retain customers and follow up on sales leads, including cold calling existing customers.
6. Manage repair book-ins, follow-ups, and handovers.
7. Work in shifts.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Matric certificate is mandatory; a diploma or certificate is beneficial.
• Preferably 2-5 years of sales experience.
• Cellular background is advantageous.
• Face-to-face sales experience is essential.
• Customer service background is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and accountable.
• Driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
• Eager to learn and help others.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, achieving individual and group targets.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to represent the brand effectively.

Package & Remuneration:

• Basic salary plus commission and incentives for new starters.
• Salary will be adjusted to R.00 after Vodacom training completion.

Working Hours & Additional Requirements:

• Shift work between 08:00 to 19:00 or 08:00 to 21:00, depending on the branch.
• Days off are provided for hours worked.
• Reliable transportation is required; owning a car and a driver’s license is highly beneficial.
