We're growing fast and are looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Sales Consultant to join our energetic team at one of our dealerships in Bronkhorstspruit. If you’re driven, personable, and have a track record in vehicle sales – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

·Be based on the showroom floor, welcoming walk-in customers.

·Understand customer needs and showcase suitable vehicles from a wide brand portfolio.

·Conduct test drives, collecting documentation in line with compliance practices.

·Confidently present and negotiate on vehicle pricing, finance, and trade-ins.

·Drive sales using the Carter CRM and tech systems.

·Ensure top-tier service by being the single point of contact for the customer.

·Collaborate with finance and insurance to secure seamless deals.

·Achieve monthly sales target of 5 units and meet OEM standards.

·Engage in prospecting, lead generation, and community canvassing.

·Maintain showroom appearance and assist with displays/promos.

·Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

·2+ years of recent vehicle sales experience

·Matric Certificate.

·Proven track record in delivering strong monthly performance.

·Valid South African Driver’s License.

·Clear Criminal and Credit Record.

·South African citizen or holder of a valid SA work permit.

Desirable Skills:

·In-depth knowledge of vehicle brands and specs.

·High emotional intelligence and people skills.

·Self-motivated with a team mindset.

·Results-driven with a passion for sales excellence.

·Confident in using CRM systems and basic admin tools.

·Ability to manage relationships and build a loyal client base.
