Job description

The mandate for this role includes the implementation of the total sales process to achieve the preset targets.

The process includes student's visits (open days) and phoning prospective students.

Functional: Customer service orientated. Target driven and ability to work well under pressure. Professional and confident. Excellent negotiation and selling skills. Outgoing and passionate. Proactive and highly self-motivated. Ability to work as a team player and individually. Must be able to travel. Own transport is required. Must be able to work late and/or every second Saturday when required.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Achieve agreed weekly/monthly sales targets by converting sales enquiries in the form of referrals, online enquiries, or walk-ins into student registrations.
  2. Obtaining the prospective list of students from leads sent.
  3. Tracking and monitoring of all prospective students on a daily basis to ascertain where in the sales process the prospect is and what the next steps are to convert them.
  4. Full lead nurturing.
  5. Executing sales administration - Daily capturing of Sales inquiries and information within 2 days upon receipt.
  6. Provide qualified reports on progress and achievement of activities.
  7. Fostering, maintaining, and growing client relationships.
  8. Constantly identify and develop sources of potential clients.
  9. Maintain an accurate and current database on an ongoing basis.
  10. Time Management - Adhering to workflow and timelines.
  11. Provide a weekly/monthly schedule of planned activities to achieve the sales master plan.
  12. Demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points, and benefits and so doing, match appropriate products to client's requirements.
  13. Liaise with other members of the company to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information, and increase professionalism.
  14. Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Team Leader.
  15. Self-driven by your own initiative.

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric (minimum) and relevant qualification. Minimum 3 years' experience. Strong Negotiation Skills. Willing to go the extra mile, prepared to work long hours. Team Player. Able to take initiative.
