What you will be doing:

  • In-office role requiring inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Handle inbound leads (phone, email, CRM) with personalized attention.
  • Build and maintain a strong prospect network through consistent engagement.
  • Close deals efficiently using the sales methodology (offer, purchase, transfer).
  • Maintain detailed CRM records (client profiles, lead sources, transaction progress).
  • Provide expert property advice on market conditions, returns, and yields.
  • Assist owners with resale, rental evaluations, and capital growth insights.
  • Contribute to project planning with feedback on pricing, design, and competitive analysis.
  • Support clients through customization, handovers, and query resolution.



What our client is looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-value property sales or financial/investment advisory services.
  • Proven history of consistently surpassing sales objectives.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, with a strong emphasis on [URL Removed] skilled in using Excel for in-depth investment analysis.
  • Strong understanding of the Cape Town property market, particularly the Atlantic Seaboard and CBD areas.
  • Established a robust network of previous clients and potential buyers within the high-value real estate sector.
