Our client located in Krugersdorp is currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their team!

About the Role :

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and energetic Sales Consultant to join a leading provider in the accounting education and training sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, client engagement, and contributing to the growth of aspiring professionals in South Africa.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a sales environment (preferably in education, training, or professional services)
  • Proven track record in telephonic and digital sales
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively drive telephonic sales , including up-selling and cross-selling of premium training products
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute and refine sales strategies
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the companys course offerings and provide expert guidance to prospective students
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions, leads, and progress on CRM systems
  • Support interdepartmental collaboration to ensure a seamless sales and customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales function
  • Contribute to brand awareness and growth initiatives in the market
  • Provide daily feedback and reports on individual performance and targets
  • Take initiative to support ad-hoc projects and general business needs

Remuneration :

Basic + uncapped commission
