Job Purpose

Inbound or outbound policy sales, based on leads and campaigns.

Initiate the customer relationship and meet various KPIs.

Connect with the customer, conduct needs analysis and propose customer solutions.

Requires solid knowledge of products, their characteristics, and market, with a focus on brand growth.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationships Development : Make calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships or as a first point of contact.

Customer Needs Clarification : Interview customers to clarify requirements, following sales scripts, and make detailed notes.

Set Objectives and Present : Prepare for each sales call, use materials to present, and ask questions to gauge interest and clarify needs.

Sell Customer Propositions : Identify suitable products or services, explain benefits, and influence purchase decisions.

Operational Compliance : Understand and adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes.

CRM Data Management : Schedule callbacks, record interactions, and maintain quality data for customer retention and business development.

Performance Management : Prioritize tasks, meet productivity and quality standards, and use systems to enhance performance.

Personal Capability Building : Stay updated with policies and regulations through online training and assessments.

Sales Opportunities Creation : Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.

Education & Experience

2-3 years telephonic sales experience (Essential); Experience in Financial Services Industry (Advantageous).
