Initiate customer relationships and meet various KPIs. Connect with customers, conduct needs analysis, and propose customer solutions. The consultant requires a solid knowledge of products and market characteristics, with a focus on brand growth.

Customer Relationships Development

Make calls to customers to offer new products to existing client base.

Customer Needs Clarification

Interview customers using a complex multi-level sales script to clarify requirements or assist in conducting interviews with potential customers to gather detailed client requirements.

Sell Customer Propositions

Identify products or services that best meet customer needs. Use personal expertise to propose quantities within standard operating systems, policies, and procedures. Explain selections to customers, influence purchasing decisions, and offer benefits and solutions to meet their needs.

Operational Compliance

Develop knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and conduct standards. Adhere to mandatory procedures to ensure work standards are met.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data

Schedule callbacks and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each customer contact to create call plans and ensure quality data for customer retention and business development.

Performance Management

Prioritize workflow, ensure work quality and timeliness, and use performance management systems to meet SLAs.

Personal Capability Building

Stay updated with changes in policies, procedures, and regulations through online training and assessments.
