Qualifications

Job Description

To provide quality sales service that results in the production of business from new and existing sources, contributing to the profitability and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls according to schedules, campaigns, and targets.
  • Guide customers through product offerings, pricing, terms, and conditions telephonically.
  • Provide accurate and efficient quotations to customers.
  • Maintain lead-to-sale, lead-to-quote, and quote-to-sale ratios as per targets.
  • Work shifts as scheduled.
  • Manage allocated leads and sell according to daily targets.
  • Maintain a 90% QA average on all calls.
  • Accurately capture customer data and finalize calls at contact points.
  • Send accurate policy documents within mandated timeframes.
  • Deal professionally with customers, adhering to business culture, products, and quality standards.
  • Manage time and workload to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of product offerings, campaigns, rules, and conditions to recommend suitable solutions.

Quality Service Delivery

  • Provide customer service aligned with quality and performance standards.
  • Build positive customer relationships, resolving or escalating queries and complaints.
  • Gather and report customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Suggest improvements in customer service where applicable.

Cost Control and Governance

  • Ensure resource use aligns with policies and procedures.
  • Comply with governance policies and operate within mandates.

People Practices

  • Align behavior with organizational culture and values.
  • Share product, process, and system knowledge with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the iWYZE team to meet service levels and scorecard objectives.
  • Achieve personal performance objectives.
  • Participate in professional development and share information with team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Appropriate insurance qualification (FAIS & RE non-negotiable)
  • 2 years’ call center experience, with Long Term Insurance experience advantageous.
