Sales Consultant - Healthcare Software Solutions

Our client, a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare industry, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join their team. This position involves engaging with healthcare professionals, driving sales, and overseeing software implementation and training. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and has strong communication and technical skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Client Acquisition

    • Proactively reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and direct engagement.
    • Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
    • Promote additional features and upgrades to enhance user experience.
    • Achieve and surpass set sales targets consistently.
  2. Software Deployment & Training

    • Present software demonstrations that highlight key benefits and functionalities.
    • Facilitate software setup and configuration, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation.
    • Conduct tailored training sessions to help clients maximize software efficiency.
  3. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Offer proactive post-sale support and address client inquiries effectively.
  4. Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and software installations.
    • Ensure proper documentation for internal tracking and quality control.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in software sales; experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and teach software systems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on presentations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Self-sufficient and capable of managing multiple clients and projects effectively.
