Basic Minimum Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment with a professional "get it done" attitude.

- Proven track record in a similar role
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend solution and close sales effectively

Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Experience as a corporate account manager, preferably within the IT industry.
- Functional skills and broad-based business (IT industry) knowledge to exceed customer expectations.
- 2 to 3 years minimum IT Sales experience
- Previous experience with an ICT company as an external sales representative.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the IT industry, with an understanding of IT products and services
- Selling general IT Hardware, Service level agreements and Software
Job Objectives:
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure future sales are generated by driving sales growth and building strong relationships.
- Expansion of client base in your region, using various skills, cold calling, emailing, contacts, telephonic etc.
- Focus on the expansion of the SME and corporate market.
- Achievement of monthly targets and quarterly budget.
- Reporting weekly on all sales activities, successes as well as failures and actions to improve performance.
- Promote and maintain the name of the company.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets.
- Ensuring strict compliance with pricing policies to maintain profitability.
- Comply with order processing guidelines whilst negotiating time frames with the client.
- Rigorous use of company CRM systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, proposing customized solutions that align with the clients service capabilities.
