Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and business growth. The Sales Consultant will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings and market trends.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).
