Vacancy: Sales Consultant

Introduction:
A well-established firm specialising in high-end residential design and construction is seeking a skilled and confident Sales Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture, interior architecture, or
construction, and experience working in the luxury property space. This role focuses on managing client expectations, building strong relationships, and guiding the final phases of the sales process.

Job Purpose:
The role involves guiding potential clients through the final stages of the sales process, working from qualified leads, and ensuring clear communication with project teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education (essential):
• Degree or Certification in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related built environment field

Minimum applicable experience (years):

• 3–5 years in a similar role

Required nature of experience:

• Sales within the architectural, construction, or interior design industry
• Managing high-end client interactions and expectations
• Working with bespoke or custom project environments
• Liaising with project managers and site teams

Skills and Knowledge (essential):

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and expectation-management abilities
• Understanding of luxury finishes and custom design principles
