The candidate will be responsible for the below.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Management
    • Maintain weekly and monthly meetings with potential and existing clients to drive the O & T Sales figure in your region.
    • Maintain customer relations and grow the business by generating O & T Sales.
    • Establish prospective customers/clients and new target segments and penetrate sales in that area.
    • Keep relationships with key account customers.
    • Monitoring of contract agreements and customer requirements regarding obsolescence and age of equipment.
    • Collaborate with the construction team.
  • Administration
    • Ensure that all construction mod sales documents are timeously submitted to head office.
    • Ensure that the customer tender document has been completely read and understood and contains the requirements of the document for pricing.
    • Ensure that you have 100% tender submission on time to tender date.
    • Provide monthly forecast to the Sales Director.
    • Attend all forecast meetings as per calendar appointments.
    • Attend branch meetings as per branch manager’s instruction.
  • Performance
    • Ensure all objectives/targets are met as per Company and individual plan.
    • Understand new products that are being launched.
    • Apply where required to complete sales strategies for all to meet sales forecast and targets.
    • Ensure proposals are submitted in accordance with the requirements of sales efficiency to the individual target.
    • Must be able to convert leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups and a positive attitude.
    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking with local associations to promote Otis products.
    • Monitor the fluctuating market to identify competitors and latest product innovations.
  • Safety Management
    • Adhere to safety culture on site and in the office environment as well.
