- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline through accurate CRM reporting and consistent follow-ups.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and terms to close deals.

Customer Experience & Retention :
- Adopt a first-call resolution culture for all customer interactions.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide customized solutions.
- Maintain a Customer Service Index (CSI) above 90%.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to reduce churn and promote loyalty.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within a technical or fleet-focused environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience with CRM platforms (, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
