Sales Consultant

We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable Sales Consultant with a background in the cleaning or service industry.

What You'll Do :

1. Make outbound calls to promote our cleaning services to potential clients.
2. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cleaning solutions.
3. Convert hot and warm leads into bookings by highlighting the value of our services.
4. Stay up to date with our offerings to confidently address customer questions.
5. Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
7. Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.
8. Provide excellent follow-up and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

What We're Looking For :

1. Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably within the cleaning services industry (e.g., selling end-of-tenancy, carpet, or deep cleaning services).
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
4. Self-motivated and disciplined, able to manage your schedule independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
5. Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and backup systems for potential power outages.
6. Experience using CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
7. Calm under pressure, with the resilience to handle objections and rejection professionally.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
9. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complaints with professionalism and tact.

What's In It For You :

1. A competitive base salary of R8, / month, plus uncapped commission (on-target earnings of R25, / month).
