Job Description
  • Responsible for sales controlling and performance management, price management, sales processes, market planning, and coordination.
  • Responsible for sales KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Facilitate collaboration with other Business units on sales controlling topics.
  • Responsible for conducting claims and repricing controls.
  • Coordinate sales planning – current forecast and business planning.
  • Measure and report sales vs targets.
  • Support sales with quarterly and bi-annual price negotiations and adjustments with OEM purchasing.
  • Manage customer communication and relationship activities.
  • Define and maintain processes, procedures, and worksheets for product costing, quotation creation, approval, and submission in line with Bosch global standards.
  • Product costing based on material cost (raw materials, processing costs, local and imported components, exchange rates, overheads, logistics, profit, and incentives from the Automotive Production and Development Programme (APDP)).
Qualifications
  • National Diploma/BCom Degree in Commerce.
  • BCom degree in Cost Management Accounting or equivalent.
Experience
  • 10 years’ experience in Sales and/or Procurement function.
  • Extensive exposure in Sales function in the Automotive Industry.
  • Good commercial and technical acumen.
  • Understanding of the local automotive incentive scheme.
  • Detailed understanding of product costing and cost projections.
