Overview
We’re growing fast and looking for a proven Sales Closer who lives for the thrill of turning warm interest into signed agreements. If you’re a hunter who runs a tight pipeline, leads a consultative sale, and loves the craft of closing, this is your seat.
What this role matters
You’ll be a revenue driver at No Joke Marketing - owning the final mile of the sales cycle, partnering closely with Marketing and Business Development, and turning qualified demand into long-term client relationships.
What you’ll do
- Own the close. Run discovery-to-decision conversations, tailor solutions to client pain points, present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business.
- Convert qualified demand. Engage inbound and referred leads; build rapport, handle objections, and articulate clear value.
- Work the process daily. Respond to inquiries quickly, run consultations, maintain CRM hygiene, and follow up with precision to keep momentum high.
- Collaborate to win. Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality, align with Operations for smooth onboarding, and share market intel with leadership.
- Measure and improve. Track conversion rates, stage velocity, and forecast accuracy; report wins and gaps with recommendations.
- Stay sharp. Keep current on our services, industry trends, and competitors to strengthen positioning and close rates.
What success looks like (30/60/90)
- 30 days: Master our offers, ICPs, and talk tracks; build a healthy late-stage pipeline; demonstrate CRM rigor.
- 60 days: Consistently run full-cycle closing motions; improve stage-to-stage conversion; partner with Marketing on feedback loops.
- 90 days: Exceed monthly close targets; contribute to playbook refinements; forecast with accuracy.
You’re a fit if you have
- 2+ years of high-velocity closing experience (agency, SaaS, or services preferred).
- Expert negotiation and sales skills with a consultative approach and crisp objection handling.
- CRM proficiency and a data-driven mindset (pipeline, conversion, forecast).
- Clear, persuasive communication and relationship-building chops with executive and owner-operator buyers.
- Digital marketing literacy (you can translate client pain points into marketing solutions).
- Time management and self-motivation to thrive in a remote, outcomes-focused environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling digital marketing services to SMBs or multi-location businesses.
- Familiarity with lead generation funnels and performance metrics.
