A rapidly growing international digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Client Success Manager. The agency specializes in delivering ready-to-buy leads to clients in the demolition, land clearing, and excavation sectors - primarily across the United States.
This position is best suited for a mature, confident sales professional with a strong understanding of paid advertising and experience managing client relationships. The role requires working afternoon to late-night hours to accommodate the U.S. time zone, making it ideal for individuals who are flexible, self-driven, and thrive in remote work environments.
Minimum Requirements :
Experienced in sales, preferably in a high-ticket or service-based environment.
Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to close warm leads.
Experience managing and nurturing client relationships.
Understanding of paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is essential.
High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., HighLevel, HubSpot).
Self-motivated, mature, and confident personality.
Able to work flexible hours (approx. 3 PM to 12 AM SAST) to service international clients.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Sales & Pipeline Management
Engage with pre-qualified warm leads—no cold sourcing.
Conduct discovery and closing calls with business owners.
Manage follow-ups, no-shows, and CRM updates.
Work with marketing to provide lead quality feedback.
Client Success
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Maintain regular contact with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure client feedback is actioned and resolved through the fulfillment team.
Reporting & Collaboration
Track sales performance metrics.
Participate in daily check-ins with internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to refine offers and sales approaches.
